Since 2015, 1.25 crore houses have gained approval, with nearly one crore allocated to women. Furthermore, PMAY-Urban 2.0 introduced over 2.09 lakh houses for EWS families, while 1.4 lakh homes were sanctioned for pucca construction under the Beneficiary Led Construction scheme.

£1m boost to scheme improving energy efficiency of district's homes - LABM Weekly

An additional £1m has been secured to improve North East Derbyshire homes, making them warmer and more energy-efficient.  The grant is allocated from the Government’s Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund and is in addition to £3.8m already secured from the scheme.  The money will be used to retrofit and upgrade 496 homes across  our communities.
