New Bulloch County Schools Superintendent Dr. Torian White is beginning his first school year with a focus on relationships, visibility and a “One Bulloch” culture across the district’s 15 schools and programs. White said his broader view of the district has given him a greater appreciation for the employees and departments working behind the scenes to support teachers and students.

Before the doors opened for children, Bulloch County’s new superintendent of schools, Dr. Torian White, arrived at Stilson Elementary School around 7:05 a.m. Monday for his first campus visit on what turned out to be a smooth first day of the 2026–27 school year.
