BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - A Binghamton man has been arrested and charged with first-degree assault following a stabbing that sent one to the hospital on Memorial Day. Binghamton Police officers responded to 54 Orton Ave in Binghamton on Monday, May 26, at around 6:15 p.m. for a reported stabbing.
