Once the last Budget has been approved, Costa ends as it began: “We have turned the page on austerity”

After approving the State Budget, António Costa took the opportunity to take stock of eight years of governance. He stressed that the Government has turned the page on austerity and now the country has more freedom, in what was a return to one of the first promises when he was still just the leader of the opposition.
