Olivia Travis, from Martinsburg, West Virginia, won the Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2024 title on June 1, 2024. She crowned her successor, Baylee Jarrett, on July 27, 2025. Travis represented West Virginia at Miss Teen USA 2024, placing fourth runner-up among 50 competitors in Los Angeles.
