The District Court in Limanowa has accepted the prosecutor's request and issued a permit for temporary arrest of Tadeusz Duda, a 57-year-old wanted in connection with the tragic shooting in Stara Wieś. As reported on Sunday, June 29, the prosecutor's office has also issued an arrest warrant for the man, who has been unaccounted for for three days.
