HANCOCK COUNTY, W.Va. (WTRF) - Officials are on the scene of an oil spill in the Ohio River near Newell, W.Va. after a dredge boat overturned. The amount of oil spilled is currently unknown. Newell and Chester Volunteer Fire Departments were dispatched to the scene around 8:15 a.m. Thursday and were released later in the morning.
