The price of a barrel of oil for Brent during today's Monday, 21 September, fell by 2.05 per cent to about $101.74 per barrel, for the fourth consecutive session, affected by the hopes that intensive diplomatic efforts would contribute to ending the Middle East conflict and restoring energy flows from the region.
“Oil flows in the Middle East remain hopelessly strong despite the disruption of Saudi Arabia's East-West pipeline,” JPMorgan analysts said.
