PATASKALA, Ohio — A woman who worked at a day care center is facing a criminal charge after she was accused of using painters tape to bind a 1-year-old child’s hands, feet and eyes.The Columbus Dispatch reports Katelyn Strohacker, 23, of Granville, also is accused of leaving the baby girl unattended after binding her. Strohacker is charged with endangering children.
