ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Authorities confirmed there were no injuries after a small plane overshot the runway at Rockford's Cottonwood Airport on Sunday. The West Suburban Fire Department responded to the scene at 5105 Auburn Street, around 6:30 p.m., and left about 30 minutes later.
