The officer who shot and killed a man in a home on Ruygeplaat in Rozenburg (municipality of Rotterdam) last November will not be prosecuted. The officer and two colleagues used their service weapons in accordance with instructions, the Public Prosecution Service concludes based on an investigation by the National Criminal Investigation Department.
