Shirley J. Kipps, 102, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on January 3, 2026, in Chapel Pointe at Carlisle. She was born on March 8, 1923, in Carlisle to the late Stuart and Ida (Morrison) McKeehan and was the widow of Cletus Kipps, Sr. Shirley worked in the cafeteria at Mooreland Elementary and was a member of the Carlisle First Church of God.
