July 24, 1936 – April 18, 2025 Eddie Dietrich passed at home in Craig, surrounded by family. Born in Granby, Eddie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. A lifelong cook and storyteller, he owned The Shack restaurant in Steamboat Springs and later worked at the Hayden Power Plant. Eddie’s faith guided his life after being saved in the late 1970s.
