Cody Lee Downs, 38, of Batesville, died on Friday, June 20, 2025. Cody was born on June 14, 1987, in Van Buren, Arkansas, to Cory Downs and Teressa (Bailey) Downs. Cody was an owner/operator of his own construction company, and in his spare time, he enjoyed watching his children play sports and spending time with his friends and family.
