Eliseo “Eli” Bondoc, Eliseo “Eli” Bondoc, born May 27, 1986 in Laredo, passed away Oct. 9, 2025 in Arlington. Eliseo was a modest and tender soul who spent most of his life in service to others. He served in the Navy, and, after leaving the armed forces, he made his career in non-profit work as an advocate for homeless veterans, people living with HIV and other vulnerable populations.
