More Tickets for Obama Presidential Center Museum to Go on Sale

The Obama Foundation announced Tuesday that a new block of tickets for the Obama Presidential Center will go on sale in July, covering visits from September 2026 through January 2027.
Following the June 19 opening in Woodlawn, museum tickets sold out through September due to high demand, prompting the foundation to release additional inventory.
Founding Members of the Obama Foundation receive exclusive presale access on July 1, with general public sales beginning July 8; tickets cost $30, with discounts available for Illinois residents.
Beyond the ticketed museum, the rest of the $850 million campus remains free and open to the public for those unable to secure admission.
Upcoming public events include a celebration at the John Lewis Plaza on July 4 and House Music on the Plaza scheduled for July 10.
