Oakland police identify man who was recently shot and killed in front of his wife

OAKLAND — Police here have identified a 46-year-old man who was shot and killed outside of a local gas station, in front of his wife. Andre Stevenson, of Oakland, was shot and killed by an unknown assailant at around 8:15 p.m. July 27, on the 9800 block of Edes Avenue, near a 76 Gas station.
