NYSP investigation leads to aggravated animal cruelty arrest

On Wednesday, Dec. 10 the Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of SP Herkimer arrested Dillon G. Ortlieb, 27, village of Herkimer and charged him with aggravated cruelty to animals, a class E felony. On Saturday, Oct. 25 at 9:17 p.m., troopers out of SP Herkimer were dispatched to Mechanic Street in the town of Salisbury for a domestic incident.
