MILFORD, Del. – The Delaware State Police have arrested a man from Bronx, New York after he turned himself into authorities on Monday. On Mar. 16, 32-year-old Michael Smith turned himself in at Justice of the Peace Court 2. He was arrested and taken to Troop 7, where he was charged with second degree forgery and theft greater than $1,500 from a person aged 62 years or older. Bronx, NY Man Charged with Forgery and Felony Theft

A Bronx, New York man has been arrested for forgery and felony theft. Delaware State Police were contacted by a 75 year old Milford woman who told them she had mailed a check to pay a bill and was notified that the payment was not received.
