MILFORD, Del. – The Delaware State Police have arrested a man from Bronx, New York after he turned himself into authorities on Monday. On Mar. 16, 32-year-old Michael Smith turned himself in at Justice of the Peace Court 2. A Bronx, New York man has been arrested for forgery and felony theft. Delaware State Police were contacted by a 75 year old Milford woman who told them she had mailed a check to pay a bill and was notified that the payment was not received.
