MILFORD, Del. – The Milford Police Department arrested a man for second degree burglary and related charges on Monday evening. On Dec. 15 at 6:30 p.m., police responded to a residence in the 11000 block of Farmerfield Street in the Simpson’s Crossing Development for a burglary in progress.
