The large autumn recovery on the mountain labour market was missed in October. The number of unemployed fell only minimally compared to the previous month and is higher than in October last year. This is shown by the current figures of the Employment Agency in Bergisch Gladbach.

The number of unemployed people in Lower Saxony and Bremen fell slightly in October.
