Re “The sickness of the Stockton mass shooting” (Dec. 4): The NRA and gun lobby in the United States don’t give a damn about mass shootings and easy access to guns — they are making fortunes on guns and weapons. It doesn’t matter to them if millions of American-produced guns are smuggled and sold in Mexico, South America and throughout the Caribbean area, especially Haiti, or if easy access is arming young people and gangs across our nation.
