According to new research from the Forté Foundation, women and minorities with an MBA are earning significantly more in their first post-MBA job, but persistent pay gaps and promotion barriers continue to hamper long-term career equality. A new analysis points to a large variation in the pay gap between men and women among the largest Danish companies. However, one company stands out: Novo Nordisk. Through quarterly salary adjustments, among other things, the company has ensured equal pay. In fact, women in Novo today earn more than men.
