Salford City sign Jorge Grant on a two-year deal

Salford City have announced the signing of former Nottingham Forest and Hearts midfielder Jorge Grant on a two-year deal.  The 30-year-old will arrive at the Peninsula Stadium after three seasons playing in the Scottish Premiership with Hearts of Midlothian, with the focus on promotion.
