Not coming to Apalach due to water problems

My family has had a second home in Apalachicola for over 28 years. The town and county is truly a jewel. I am blessed to have seen the fishing industry in full bloom in that time. And I have seen its devastation due to overharvesting, oil spill, etc. in the last decade.  Our town has changed from an economy of harvesting the bay to one that harvests tourism dollars.
