Hunter 05/06/25 An Iowa City man’s failure to cooperate during an alleged violation of a no contact order has led to multiple charges. Police say 52-year-old Teondrell Burnett of Heinz Road was stopped near his home at approximately 3:37am Sunday. NORWOOD — Norwood Village Police arrested a Brasher man for allegedly violating a protection order by repeatedly calling a female victim. Cody C. Meacham, 28, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a misdemeanor. Police said Meacham made multiple phone calls to the victim despite a no-contact order being in place.
