According to Supo, Russia is trying to cause fear and burden the authorities with acts of sabotage.

Norwegian police are investigating a break-in at an abandoned transformer station near Oslo, where up to 60 tons of oil were found spilled. They suspect the perpetrator cut through a fence and removed the cover from the transformer, causing the contamination.
