Northern Artist Association to host 'How to Be Creative' art presentation Aug. 18

BEMIDJI — The Northern Artist Association will host a free art presentation titled, "How to Be Creative" at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 18, at the Eagles Club, 1270 Nielsen Ave. SE.
