North Little Rock sues Sherwood, says neighbor to north has failed to maintain sewer lines | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

North Little Rock is seeking to retake control over much of the sewer service now provided by Sherwood, saying its neighbor's failure to maintain its sewer lines has put stress on North Little Rock's sewage treatment plant and led to excessive sewage overflows in Sherwood.
