Small businesses in North Liberty can apply for grants up to $10,000 through a new economic development program that launched Monday.The North Liberty Targeted Economic Development Grant Program will distribute $85,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funds on a rolling basis through July 1, or until funds are depleted.
