By Mitchell McCluskey, CNN North Korea is able to produce 10 to 20 nuclear weapons a year, as the country has expanded its capabilities, South Korean President Lee Jae Myung said Monday. Speaking at the Statesman’s Forum organized by the Washington-based CSIS expert group, following its meeting with US leader Donald Trump, Lee said South Korea had tried to deter North Korea by sanctions, but Pyongyang had continued to develop its nuclear program.
