North Dakota Game and Fish has catch-and-release pond at headquarters

BISMARCK – The North Dakota Game and Fish Department has a pond it keeps stocked with a few species of fish at its headquarters that people can use for catch-and-release fishing. Game and Fish Director Jeb Williams, who can see people arrive to use the site from his office window, said the pond is well used.
