North Dakota Working on 4 ‘Mini Prisons’ to Relieve Crowding

NORTH DAKOTA, JUL 14 – North Dakota plans to add 300 beds via temporary facilities and jail contracts to address a two-year average overcrowding of over 200 inmates, funded by a $37 million budget allocation.
