Longtime Oak Harbor resident Norma Case Edens passed away peacefully on February 11th in Anacortes, Washington. Born Norma Jean Case on June 30, 1939, Norma was raised on the Case Family Farm just north of Oak Harbor where she lived and grew up with her 3 sisters until she married William “Ted” Edens in 1957.
