Louis Anthony Boone, an 18-year-old first-year student at Norfolk State University, was killed in a shooting during a basketball game in Dumfries, Virginia. Four other males were injured, and a 17-year-old juvenile has been charged with felony homicide. Police are searching for J'Shaun Zomari Williams, who is wanted for murder and other charges.
