Norfolk police are investigating a fatal stabbing early Monday morning. Around 5 a.m. officers responded to 1645 E. Brambleton Avenue for a report of a parking violation. NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- A woman is dead in what Norfolk Police are calling a homicide investigation.
