Nordahl Dutch was sentenced to one year in prison and a ban on contact with his son for three years for domestic violence, which he denies, as did his companion.
The verdict fell for Nordahl Lelandes who appeared before the Colmar Correctional Court for assaulting his partner. Already convicted several times for murder, the former soldier this time received a year's imprisonment for domestic violence committed in the parlor in front of his son.
At the end of August, the man sentenced to life imprisonment refused to appear at his hearing. Arguing once again of untenable media pressure, his lawyer obtained the non-advertisement of the proceedings.
