US Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said Monday that Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro needs to be “gone” from power, in one of the clearest indications yet that Washington is seeking a change of leadership in Caracas.
The U.S. is taking tough action against Venezuela – so far with the reference to alleged drug offences. Now, however, Homeland Security Minister Noem is talking about Fox News, which is actually behind the escalation.
