The piparra pepper will once again take center stage this Monday in Ibarra for the Feast of Saint Bartholomew. As every year, local producers will participate in an event that began more than five decades ago with the aim of offering the town some of the season's best products. Starting at noon, residents and visitors can enjoy fresh, fried, and pickled piparra peppers, as well as tomatoes, accompanied by wine provided by the Town Hall.
