Around 5,000 households in areas including Streatham and West Norwood are experiencing water issues today.
It’s after a pipe burst overnight in Crystal Palace and a leak also developed at the area’s pumping station. Thames Water says people may notice their supply seems cloudy or has bubbles in it. The company says this is due to air that has got trapped in the pipes and the water is still safe to drink.
