MEXICO CITY- In a response to the UNIVERSAL through transparency, the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office explained that no competent federal authority — until 16 June last — had requested to initiate investigations related to the case and, in any case, by the principle of presumption of innocence they would be prevented from giving details such as the alleged crime committed and the rank of public officials involved.
