At a parliamentary hearing this Wednesday in the wake of the Betharram case, the Secretary-General of Catholic Education (Sgec), Philippe Delorme, influenced his speech on State controls of private institutions.

Philippe Delorme, secretary general of Catholic education, was interviewed Wednesday, April 2nd by the parliamentary commission of inquiry on violence in schools. As his term ends on August 31st, his successor will be elected this Friday by the bishops in Lourdes.
