The Charter Delusional Commission decided that Ethics be damned and put this stupid amendment on the city ballot; I VOTED No yesterday on this amendment. I also voted NO on all amendments that deal with changing the charter in relation to the election. We were supposed to decide that date not a bunch of imaginary dates.
