A New Jersey man has filed a federal lawsuit against Bergen County officials, claiming he was wrongly evicted from his apartment, falsely arrested, and held at the local jail for five months, where he was severely beaten by prisoners.Giuseppe Aiello, 53, states in court papers he was arrested June 2, 2024, when he entered his apartment on Henderson Avenue in Fair Lawn and a man claiming to be the landlord called police on him.
