- Timeline data show about 17 minutes elapsed from the first dispatch to Bollaro's arrival and he spoke for 4–6 minutes without activating his body-worn camera.
- He is due in court Nov. 5 and faces five to 10 years and $150,000 on the felony charge, plus 180 days and $1,000 on the disorderly persons charge, while HCPO oversight of FTPD continues.
- Families' attorney David Mazie said the Semanchik and Webb families are shocked by the conduct and plan to sue the New Jersey State Police and Franklin Township Police Department, noting Semanchik reported concerns to police months earlier.
