The prosecutor issued a decision to charge Zbigniew Ziobro with committing 26 crimes and to detain him and forcibly bring him to the National Prosecutor's Office, the prosecutor's office announced in a statement.
"The prosecutor issued a decision to charge Zbigniew Z. with 26 crimes and to detain him and forcibly bring him to the National Prosecutor's Office." Late Friday evening, this information appeared on the National Prosecutor's Office website. That same day, the Sejm agreed to waive his parliamentary immunity and authorized the detention and temporary arrest of the former Minister of Justice.
