New York men bilked Lehigh Valley resident out of $51,000 in computer scam, police charge

Police charged two New York men with felony theft by deception for defrauding a Northampton County  woman of more than $50,000. Quan Lin, 31, and Yan Xueneng, 34, both of Brooklyn, conspired to steal $51,000 from a Williams Township resident, according to a news release Saturday from state police at Belfast.
