A federal jury convicted a New York clinic manager who orchestrated a cash-for-patients scheme that defrauded Medicare of more than $8 million.Olga Popovych, 43, was found guilty Thursday of running a kickback operation at several Brooklyn physical therapy clinics where she worked as an office manager. The verdict came after a one-week trial before U.S. District Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall.
