Pedestrian hybrid beacons activated in El Centro

EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA) - The City of El Centro says they have activated new pedestrian hybrid beacons (PHB) Monday. According to a press release, the PHBs were activated at the intersections of Imperial and Holt Avenue, and Imperial and Barbara Worth Avenue.
