ST. CHARLES, Mo.-- Nearly 30 years after the so-called "I-70 killer" terrorized the Midwest, St. Charles Police have released an updated aged-enhanced photo to try and generate new leads in the cold case. The law enforcement agencies involved with the case plan to have a meeting next month to discuss the investigation.
